sour lemon mahi mahi pasta
This recipe is for a single serving.
6 oz. fresh mahi mahi
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp brown mustard
2 tbsp sour cream
1 small vine ripened tomato (diced)
2 green onions (sliced)
In a frying pan on medium heat add olive oil, lemon juice, and brown mustard. Cut fish into finger sized chunks removing any skin or bones. Cook for two minutes each side. Add sour cream, stir gently for one minute. Add onion, tomato, crushed black pepper, and salt, cook for one more minute. Serve on a bed of lightly buttered egg noodles.
